Responsibility: (英文口語流利)As part of the HR/TOGC Vendor Management team, the main objective of this job is to ensure the daily administration of the vendors supporting our global assignees as well as supporting the team with various vendor management tasks, including but not limited to: 1)Expat cross charge project – regular intercompany cross charge payment handling between German home and Chinese host entities of Mercedes-Benz with more than 400 assignees: 2)Invoice processing: collecting and checking of the received invoices and breakdown items. 3)Assignee document collection: for example passport, local employment contract, work & residence permit, tax payment certificate, etc. 4)Pay on behalf agreement contracts and payment voucher handling: fully understand the payment cycle, support to process the payments. 5)Operational cooperation with other internal and external partners: Corporate Tax team, Treasury and Accounting department as well as our external tax service provider and Bank of China. 6)Payment status tracking and documentation in tracking lists: ensure completeness and accuracy of payments and payment data 7)Admin work, incl. event support, etc. 任職要求:1. 英文口語流利,可以和外籍人流利溝通。2. 可在1/19盡快到崗,實習期:1/19-2/2,每周可出勤5天。
