Job Responsibility:
1.Booking of hotel and transport (air, train etc..) tickets
2.Assist expats and international employees’ relocation and settlement in China.
3.Visa program for both Beijing and expats.
4.Office supplier & furniture, fax/copier maintenance.
5.Smock storage management.
6.Canteen management/problem solving.
7.Company transportation arrangement.
8.Shuttle bus service, communication with the other departments.
9.To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department.
Job Requirement:
1.College Diploma or experience equivalent to that– Admin Mgt/ business administration or social science .
2.Great communication skill wii be preferred.
3.Spoken English will be fluency.
4.Good command of MS office software.(Excel,Powerpoint)
