Reasonability: 1. Lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventative actions to ａｄｄress qualification/ORM/ORT monitor failures and facilitate or participate in issues that arise on production products in China and external subcons. 2. Gate and qualify Product or process change (CCC) request from factory internal and external subcons. 3. Participate MRB to review nonconforming product and provide reliability assessment plan if needed. 4. Plan and arrange ORM/ORT monitor program for China and China external assembly. Maintain ORM/ORT Reporting metrics. 5. Plan n Coordinate Qual / Eval. Test as Product Line or process engineer request and publish report. 6. Facilitate continual improvement activities using DMAIC process 7. Work with internal cross function Group to handle customer quality issue within Asia. 8. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support another necessary project in own department. Requirement： 1.Bachelor or above on engineering related degree. 2.Over 3 years in semicon industry will be preferred，or related industry exeperience. 3.Could understand English report，and basic speaking skills. 4.Be familiar with Micorsoft,and quality related tools.
